1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing yb8.club, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the yb8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and yb8 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.

Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Registration

One Account Policy

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yb8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party and must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You agree to notify yb8 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. yb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

KYC Verification

yb8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill — at the time of registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary by yb8's compliance team. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. yb8 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on yb8.club are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). yb8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at yb8's sole discretion.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your yb8 wallet in real time or within minutes, subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider.
• yb8 does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user's account under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may be set by yb8 and will be communicated within the cashier section of the platform.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not receive withdrawal approvals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified bKash and Nagad accounts is under 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may vary for bank transfer methods.
• yb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

yb8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are subject to change and are governed by the individual promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply to all yb8 promotions unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to your yb8 bonus wallet upon deposit confirmation. To convert welcome bonus funds into withdrawable real-money balance, the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered a minimum number of times as specified in the promotion terms, on eligible games only, within the promotion validity period.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Opting into a new bonus while a prior bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Bets placed while a bonus is active must meet the minimum bet-size threshold specified in the promotion terms. Bets that are excessively low or that are placed systematically to minimise risk may be deemed bonus abuse.
• Certain games — including but not limited to live dealer games, progressive jackpots, and specific table game variants — may contribute a reduced percentage to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• yb8 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other attempt to exploit the bonus system in bad faith.
• Promotional offers are subject to a validity period. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of yb8.club, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith at all times. In addition to complying with these Terms in full, you specifically agree to the following obligations and acknowledge the following prohibited conduct:

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or in coordination with others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the yb8 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any yb8 game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards yb8 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any yb8 software or game.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on yb8.club — including but not limited to the yb8 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software code, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of yb8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use yb8.club for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any yb8 content without prior written consent from yb8.
• Use yb8's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any yb8 content, software, or game interfaces.
• Scrape, frame, or deep-link to any part of yb8.club without explicit written permission.

Game content displayed on yb8.club — including slot games, live dealer streams, and table game interfaces — is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios retain full intellectual property rights over their respective content. Any unauthorised use of game content is subject to enforcement action by the relevant rights holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. yb8 shall not be liable for any losses — including losses of winnings, bonuses, or deposited funds — arising directly from such interruptions.

Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on yb8.club are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by licensed third-party game studios. yb8 does not control individual game outcomes. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude yb8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
